could result in death or serious injury to human.

Indicates a potentially hazardous situation which, if not avoided,
could result in damage of equipment or objects.

Notice gives more information about the situation. if not followed, then it will not caused any harm to human or equipment.

This is the brief about the Hazards.

The question is, who should know about this and in which situation.

Here we are discussing about the Technical Documents.
As per the safety norms of the Organizations\States, the Hazard statements should be included in all instructions manuals.
For examples: in Operator, Service and Maintenance manuals.

The operator, service technician and maintenance technician, whoever are enveloped in the maintenance work of machine should aware of the Hazards.

Many organisations conduct the safety certificate training for their employees to avoid the all hazardous situations.

As per the Technical Documentation standard, most of the  manufactures are showing the Hazard statements in Safety Section beginning of the manual.

There are certain writing rules to write the Hazard statement.I will explain in details in my next post. Please keep reading.
